The Fire Training Officers of the Palm Beaches is very proud to offer our annual Vicki Sheppard Scholarship Award. The scholarship was named to honor Chief Sheppard, who began her career in the EMS/Fire Service in the very early 80’s. Between then and her recent retirement, Chief Sheppard has been an active member of numerous organizations allowing her to help develop training standards as well as facilities responsible for the education, training and preparation of more than 1000 firefighters/paramedics and many more to come.
